Machine structure
The main castings of this machine are made of advanced wear-resistant castings, which have been annealed and naturally aged to ensure no deformation and wear resistance. Variable "V" rails are used before and after to improve stability and accuracy during grinding.
Slide way
The left, right, front, and rear slides of this machine are pasted with imported wear-resistant track strips (PTFE) TURCITEB and precision shoveled to extend the machine's accuracy and service life.

This machine uses an integral spindle and P4 grade bearings, which have low frequency, low vibration, and high torque under high-speed rotation, making it suitable for cutting and forming grinding.
Workbench transmission system
The worktable adopts a steel wire synchronous belt transmission to reduce the trouble of replacing the steel wire rope. The worktable and synchronous belt are flexibly connected to ensure smooth transmission. The position of the handwheel handle can be adjusted arbitrarily, making it more convenient to grind small workpieces.
Automatic lubrication system
Circular automatic lubrication can provide lubrication to the slide and screw when the spindle is started, reducing wear and extending work accuracy and lifespan, while also saving you the trouble of constantly remembering to add oil.
Self flowing design
Constant pressure oil supply is applied to the track to solve the error caused by the electromagnetic pump gap oil supply to the accuracy of the working track.
